The “Model-Airfields Database” contains model airfields from around the world. The original data source was created and is maintained by Arno Bertz.
1. Add a place
Option 1
Go to the page for adding a new airfield. Fill in all required information and move the red marker on the map to the position of your airfield. You can enter a city name to move the map to the right area first. After entering all information, enter the captcha code and click Submit. Your entry will be checked by one of our admins before it is published.
Option 2
As a registered user you can add your own flying field and change its data at any time. Create an account via the registration page; you will receive an email containing your password. After logging in you will find a list of your airfields, where you can click “Add” to add a new place.
Add this information:
Airfield name
The country in which the place is located
The airfield type
You can prevent others from reporting this place if you select “hidden and blocked” as visibility!
Description (location, information, rules, events …)
Your website address (starting with https://)
Coordinates: Enter a city name to move the map close to your place, then drag the red marker to the exact position!
Save your place
Your new place will be visible after an administrator has checked it.
Option 3
